Sheffield S17 When first signed up said the could go live in 72hrs but could take up to 16 days in small print, finally got a go live date of 18th which was 18 days after what I'd asked for. Then engineer came out and couldn't connect me, but still got gone live message. Next morning I got an email saying there been a delay but no time frame. Rang up on the 20th for time frame and they said they'd be able to let me know on the 24th. Luckily Openreach turned up on the 21st and we finally went live later that day. Got up the next morning no internet, but it came back at around 6am, woke early on the 27th no internet came bake at around 6am, woke at around 3.30 28th and to my surprise no internet Also been charged £34.95 for McAfee which I don't require

Not impressed - huge delays getting set up and internet connection consistently drops out making it impossible to work from home. Customer service is non existent. Looking at switching after 1 month of persevering, too much hassle.

Day 2 of no Broadband. Onestream blaming openreach. Told on the phone to Onestream it would be fixed about 5pm last night. It wasn't and is still not working. KA28 postcode

This WiFi is shocking. Set it up and it never connected to the internet on our switch on day. Can’t get hold of anyone to sort. Rubbish
