Still not got through to Onestream. It cannot be an Openreach issue as other members of my team with different ISPs are online and are working ok

Spent an hour waiting and they say it's due to BT Openreach outage. They don't have timeline for a fix. Disappointing.

No Internet/dial tone. Got through to onestream, was told it's an openreach issue and that they'll update me. I doubt it is an openreach issue as the BT outages page looks fine. NR3.
