GL7 - No internet and customer service phonelines are just engaged, poor service. I am out or contract tomorrow though so wont be staying with them much longer!

No Internet. Phone line was engaged but I set auto redial and eventually got through, now in the call queue. Will update if someone answers. NR3 Norwich.

Just spoke to Onestream, my Internet has been off since first thing, they tested my line and said its a problem with the openreach network. They're working on it but couldn't give me an ETA for a working service. Sounds like it's something serious as it's affected loads of people.
