SO31 7NW Southampton 25 March 2025 The DAZN website will not let me cancel my subscription, Have tried everything. Repeatedly get an error code 20-000-50 Trouble shooting suggestions do not work. Have rebooted my wi-fi but it has no effect. Something is wrong but there is no way to contact them.

Signed out of all devices over and over again, closed the app like it requests and nothing on dazn will allow any of my devices to work. I was so excited for the start of the season and missed the first week of play. Utterly disappointing and a horrible streaming experience. For 160 quid for this service it shouldn’t be such a disappointing and frustrating experience

The app is broken when it comes to eatching on different devices...ive delted everything and restarted with 3 devices - now ive just come to log on and it says i can because its streaming elsewhere ! Sort it out! Somehow you have made the experience worse since moving.
