B67 5lu west midlands. Been without Internet and line service for 2 weeks frustrating as there is no communication I've emailed and phoned its an outage problem that's all I'm hearing. Why haven't I seen any open reach engineers then?? Plus been charged again for a service I can't use.

No Internet. My router is connected fine but mid movie it just stopped sending signal. Everything is still fine, connected up exactly same, I even restarted everything and checked wiring. I then checked with troubleshoot online which said the line is fine, but clearly it isn't. No Internet still.
