RG4 Second time in two weeks. Have been told it's a problem outside of the house, somewhere, and will be two to five days. Good job I don't work from home. Still not happy about it though.

Avoch IV9 3rd time internet has been down in 2 months....never had this much problem before and their router's range is rubbish....looking to end contract as easily been worst internet provider ever

DT4 Dorset:- Lost internet on Friday 26/01/24 in the afternoon, phoned up to let them know but was told it would take 48-72 hours for them to fix the issue.

4 days of no internet. Told them twice, both times informed its a 'local issue' that engineers are yet to resolve. Had to use phone hotspot and pay for unlimited data so I could work. Shocking customer service.

GU9 0RX - Loss of Internet from 09.20 hrs. 10th Jan 2024. Person on end of phone wanting private password to advise if there was on outage. Not sure what is being taught re online security. Try to find out what issue is and how long it will be before its fixed. Thank goodness didn't go down route of online phone as well.!!!!

internet connection keeps going off. happens daily. Phone noise - crackly. complete phone outage on 12/12/23. DT3 4BT Dorchester/Weymouth area. I have reported this several times, but no improvement.

G332JG GLASGOW NO INTERNET since 06.30 this morning 10/12/23 Still nothing at 12.29 . What's going on when will it be fixed by now broadband really annoyed as we don't watch live tv . Hopefully will not get charged for today and get compensation
