Worcester wr2 5 area for the last 2 days won't load up my now TV can't watch anything an if I'm lucky to get it on after an few mins it gose off and says something went wrong, WiFi is fine on everything else

I can’t use my smart tv to view catchup or netflix since early this afternoon. It’s be poor with a lot of outage’s regularly for months. I’ve had cause to complain several time with two visits from your maintenance engineers. My upload is 15 at the moment. Please rectify. Blackwood, Cearphilly. NP12 3 LR
