Stoke on Trent Network still down got 2 green lights and amber still in the middle. Done a few configurations nothing has changed.

You'll have to change the DNS on each device that requires the internet, as nowTV modems do not support this. If on mac, just spotlight search "DNS", then add 8.8.8.8
