Been down in thanet since 10 and I've asked friends and family who are with now and there are down to no updates from now what a joke this is happening moor and moor with no explanation and when asked am normally told its a problem my end

Grays, Essex rm16 All router lights green but I cannot get to any websites for the last chips of hours. I need Internet for my work. When I use my mobile phone and it's data(not NOW TV) and go to their website service status page to get their latest info and to at least read they acknowledge a problem and are working on it instead it just says 'Uh oh! We're having trouble displaying this page Please refresh and try again'. Useless customer service.

Set your DNS to 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 and you can get back online. It's definitely their DNS servers that are ufcked.

NowTV has to be the worst broadband ive ever been with. Constantly shuts off for hours on end every single week. I’m paying for a service that spends more time offline than online it’s ridiculous. Will be cancelling tonight and switching back to sky. Embarrassing

No internet with my now tv broadband in Shropshire. Absolutely outrageous! Tried resetting etc nothing has worked!! I get that things do fail from time to time however the service is shocking and I cannot see any updates from the provider. What are we paying for exactly?

Change your DNS to 8.8.8.8 and it will work whilst Sky fix the issue

I'm with Now Broadband and my internet has been done for 1 hour now however all 3 lights are green. I've disconnected and reconnected everything yet it's still the same. I've tried doing a check via now for any issues and it's unable to do so as it's says "oops that didn't work"

It's just DNS if you know how to change your DNS server, change it to something like 8.8.8 8 or 1.1.1.1 that will fix it... Worthing, UK
