Internet down saying dns cannot be reached I've paid my bill and haven't been cut off got a string of messages saying my phone was virused ran virus scan and phone is clean will call pob in morning to see why I have lost internet totally if it's not a problem on their side looks like I will have to assume I have been attacked by hackers was very strange the phone messages and wierd websites I've never been to popping up recently installed unreal game engine and noticed I have the game fortnight installed but I didnt install fortnight never have never will so unless epic games force fortnight when installing unreal I also have games installed I have never installed I'll call tommorow and if it's not pob problem then it looks like I will have to wipe all my development computers and mobile phones and start them again fresh I'm assuming it pob problem as DSL light is flashing green going black flashing green and occasionally flashing red when I'm cut off its permanent red with a web page telling me services have been restricted all I'm getting now is problem with domain name server error

No Internet for 4 days, takes ages to get through, have been told twice a engineer will be in touch to update re phone line repair, 1stly on Wednesday, then Thursday, nothing to date. Will need to ring once again Friday.

I am also EX34 Ilfracombe, had no postoffice email access since 5pm Monday Nov 29. Was told that the error message ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS that I get was a known problem, and that they are 'working on it'. ( And no compensation considered as it is a free service ).

B92 - Solihull - I have been on hold with the Post Office for over 40 minutes trying to talk to someone about my email which I have been unable to access since last night - terrible service, even worse since Shell took over!

No access to emails again, again and again due to ‘too many redirects’ this time. It's becoming a regular feature, Very unreliable Ferryside.

YO166HY BRIDLINGTON EAST YORKS Been having email problems for just over a week reported it and they said it was being sorted out but they were not sure when it would be resolved !!! It sends you on to the standard HMTL which is useless it wont let me print documents that are being sent to me

PO33 2JF Ryde. I have not been able to access my e-mails now for a week. Post Office HomePhone have suggested that I access them via an external server, as there is a problem with their own main server; I have tried, but only end up at the Post Office Self-Care Portal, which does not work! Any suggestions?

all local Post Offices have no internet services so cant send any post that needs recording HR6

Constant outages today, which is very common. PO refuses to discuss by email when I point out I want a record because previous phone discussions have gone missing. Please make it work according to contract or refund.

The post office I'm sorry to say is rubbish. Goes down at least two to three times a day. Changing unless things improve.
