Fy39su Blackpool, I have had no Internet for nearly a day, not only do I work from home but have a child thats shielding and unable to his work...company a joke no apology...I have already arranged a new provider

Service completely dead no phone no internet 82 year old lady in house no way of contacting anyone im in newcastle upon tyne total farce its amazing shell dutch have taken over now problems might switch to bt

even though i havent got any safe gaurd on my broadband it wont let me access any sites thats for over age 18, i have rang post office severl times as this as been on going since last saturday, and i keep getting fobbed of by them, saying its a Tec issue, if this isn't sorted by today the 1st of April 2021 I'm putting a complaint in to offminsbud, post code bd14 6hh ... Bradford west Yorkshire.

Full 'Safeguard' restrictions suddenly imposed on my account. Customer Service tell me it's a technical issue but with not even a vague timeframe for sorting it. The Safeguard link on the PO site is not available.
