PE28 3LY Colne, HUNTINGDON, Cambs Broadband service OK at midnight but failed sometime later and only just restored (ca 0930). Synchronous connection OK but no traffic! Helpdesk inaccessible by landline phone.

Worst ISP known to man. Constant outages, no communication. This company should give up and see to a larger ISP with the infrastructure and back office staff.
