No Internet since 9.10.23. Engineer visit couldn't find why! Hub2 straight to socket no landline phone? They booked open reach Engineer for next Thusday! Not good at all,they took payment early this month too????????♂️ Walsall wv12

IG11 internet down since yesterday (30/08/23) morning and still down. No updates to what is happening except a stupid message estimated resolve time 16:18 on 30/08/2023. What?

PA23 8RS Several homes still without phone or broadband service since pole brought down by tree early 19th August, I'm with Plusnet most with BT. Mine was back on last Friday. Everyone else is still waiting with some being told that it's back on in txts to mobiles, but it's not and some have no way to tell BT it is not fixed. Since I cannot call 150 as technically I'm not your customer (even though BT owns Plusnet) here are your faults. No.'s 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12 that I know of and 15 also had no power, phone or Internet and says she's been living in the 1700's reading by candlelight!
