Bloody terrible , shocking , abysmal , the list just goes on ….. now tv used to be a good provider a company with passion. In todays age it’s gone down hill and has met it’s disaster , I will be writing a letter and I will be making sure they know how very very upset this makes me , yours truly malfoy

In Bolton. Saying connected, full signal, but no internet. All lights are on. Rebooted router plus devices several times, NOW T. Must be a server issue, hopefully ok in the morning ????????

I will be changing providers after this shit show. This has to be one of the consistently worst internet providers I've ever been with, the service is rubbish and the internet is down literally every day in some way or another. They also had the audacity to implement that £3.50 increase back in July. Really disgraceful and it's a nationwide outage too.

Server down dunoon, argyll. Changing your dns to 8.8.8.8 fixes the problem. Just google how to do it ????
