Internet down since 3pm saturday in ipswich, tried absolutely everything in the book(new cables , broadband filter, checked user settings on the router admin page, reset router many times, so definately a provider(onestream ) error. Couldnt get thro waited 30 mins. Avoid this company they cause severe anxiety ( i was charged double the agreed montly amount for 6 months) Had to fight to change it and alot of effort and time. Worst company ever experienced for broadband- AVOID AVOID AVOID

Broadband restored in Taunton, Somerset. Onestream is a company that will not accept any phone calls and will inform you of broadband service loss. No contact by email or text, no apologies and no updates.

London Boroughs - RM1. Went down 6pm Sat night. Just come back on 11am Sunday 22nd. Horrible service. No updates. Horrific customer service. No support whatsoever.

Cant even get through on phone lines it says busy. They don't even have a queue system for callers with an estimated time to respond? Why have they not got in touch with all of their customers? I'll be switching providers for sure at the end of the year.

Down in Nottingham since yesterday afternoon. Been on hold for 52 minutes this morning no knee answers. Chat us closed although it says the technical department is open. At least provide an ETA I work from home !
