Patient Access system has not allowed me to order repeat prescription items since Friday (3 days ago). Technical Support contacted but no reply. Mid Monday afternoon now and I'm In a Queue 13 long to speak to my Surgery about it. Hopefully I'll not be dead by the time anyone is there to help me! The Patient Access current status system only reports up to 2024 so who is accountable for such an embarrassing system. Quite ridiculous!

Never been able to log in to patient access since it was all changed. Have ordered prescription on line for years now all details are wrong even though I know they are not Change of password didn't help tried alternative equipment Husband cannot access his either, terrible mess has been made here and support is not great. Using a PC (Win10) just getting "internal server error". Last night and again this morning. Not the first time. After having to log in twice and read the "why don't you use our app" message each time and insert the OTP. All a bit of a pain.

Trying to log it to order my mothers repeat medicine, despite use of her correct e-mail address, and the use of both two factor authentication code and code sent by phone. I keep getting error message that details provided are incorrect which they are not

My mum has been having difficulty accessing her medical records - the error messages are as follows: [1] unable to log you on at this time, please try again later [2] We are working on the problem, please try again later. I have set up the 2 stage authentication and have had no problems until today. Can you advise as it's urgent my mum gains access to check on forthcoming medical appointments. Thank you
