Trying to log it to order my mothers repeat medicine, despite use of her correct e-mail address, and the use of both two factor authentication code and code sent by phone. I keep getting error message that details provided are incorrect which they are not

My mum has been having difficulty accessing her medical records - the error messages are as follows: [1] unable to log you on at this time, please try again later [2] We are working on the problem, please try again later. I have set up the 2 stage authentication and have had no problems until today. Can you advise as it's urgent my mum gains access to check on forthcoming medical appointments. Thank you
