I have had no service on my mobile since the afternoon of the 3rd June. Spoke to Virgin mobile twice and they decided that it outdoor bea faultySIM card. Sent a replacement which does not work . Message I get on my phone is “ Selected networkVirgin is unavailable” My mobile contract is part of the Oomph Ultimate package. This situation can’t go on. I may have to terminate the mobile contract and join another network which maybe more reliable. Absolutely shocking service.HA3 7QA. London.Harrow.

I have had no mobile coverage with Virgin Mobile n the month of December, January, and now March which is the worst it has ever been, being off since the 18th March coming back on for weekends, then off again like today. All I keep getting from everone of the operators is that there is an outage problem at the mast and engineers are working on it. I m a pensioner who relies on her mobile, just how long does it take for them to get their act together. I want my life back as it is valuable at my time of life. No txts, no e.mails no phone. No connection on my mobile phone for the last week on all the normal things like "facebook" "messenger" internet" etc etc etc. All received "not connected" or "no internet connection". My wi-fi connection for both laptop and TV are working. Useless response from your customer care and after 8 or more years with Virgin Mobile,Media, Wines, and football sponsorship I'm tempted to leave if my phone is not working while I have to self isolate!
