Ng178gp Nottinghamshire 2nd day running, And No WIFI or TV. We have indoor cameras to help keep a eye on our elderly mum. And right now, like yesterday, NO WiFi connection. It seems, dealing with Virgin media is a lost cause. So Unprofessional.

This morning I have received my missing texts for last 4 days and have also managed to get authorisation code for online banking. Hopefully problem resolved. Fingers crossed!

Was told today by Virgin there is an issue because I keep getting repeat texts but mine aren't going through. Up to 5 days to resolve apparently. Compensation is required for lost business for me. Furious SO15 4LW Southampton

I can't recieve texts from certain people and my husband has recieved one text about 15 times! Come on Virgin get your act together and sort it. If it is the merger with O2, then maybe u need to stop it, restore our service until u can do it without messing up customers services that they pay good money to recieve! Manchester M24
