No broadband for some weeks. Service Is 4G, no subscription channels on the box. Keep promising deadlines for fixing~next one is 8th.

BT broadband and digital phone not working for the last 10 days. Three BT appointments were made - x2 'no shows', then one engineer turns up and says he can do nothing as BT ceased my line. Since then and various calls later, BT are denying they ceased my line, but I still have no service! What can I do as BT are a useless service provider!

No I telnet access since Saturday 17.12.22.Bt said that the issue had been resolved at 10am but still nowt around the area of SE20 8ND

Awful Internet for over 2 weeks. Told no problems yet neighbour today tells me BT have been out and identified annibternet problem. No attempt by BT to improve rural Internet, so sick of the bigger towns getting all the latest upgrades whist you leave villages way behind technology
