Unable to watch any catch up. Plays all the ads but not the programme. Comes up with "embarrassing" message. Been like this since 7am. My location Swanage Dorset.

All I can watch is ads! It's coming up, something went wrong this is embarrassing. I keep trying in a few minutes like it says too but still not working hours later!

Worked fine yesterday on roku/web. Today all I get is well this is embarrassing error 201. Tries restarting and uninstalling app but error code the same. Postcode SY13 area

C4 on smart tv constantly buffering. Cannot watch. Been like this 2 days. Only way out of app is to turn tv off. All other apps are fine. Only c4 problem

NW67EH Channel 4 coverage of Canadian Qualifications for F1 .. programme froze half way and after hours of waiting & retrying still does not continue. Other programs on channel 4 are working fine.

All 4 app not loading at all on my TV was working ok a few days ago then suddenly kept freezing and buffering so bad it was impossible to watch and now when I click on the app it shows some very small writing in pink that is too small to read and have to turn TV off to return to normal TV as it won't let you leave any other way

All channel 4 programmes started going wrong a few days ago. Tried to retune tv and now they're missing from menu along with itv programmes too. Tried a different tv in another room and the same problem. This is in Braintree, Essex
