Wi-Fi keeps cutting in and out, especially in the evening. They gave me a new router but the problem persists. Driving me round the bend, been happening for a while now eke and getting progressively worse

Internet's been down all day. Tried multiple routers. Crackle sometimes on the phone line. Internet came up briefly for 30 seconds, then went straight down again. It's been down since 5pm. It's now 12:21am. KA16 9HJ
