No Freeview since 24.08.2023 circa 07.30am. All the usual checks done. New tv this year. No signal on other TV in the house either. Bought new aerial cable but still no channels. Freeview Customer Services not interested. ST3 7GL. STOKE

Ex3 0dx, Perfect evening no wind or rain can only get a few channels. What the hell is going on. I gave up virgin for this crap now I'm having to beg them to have me back.

We've been doing research and in the past four years people all over UK as been receiving poor quality TV services all over and only received about 25% off Freeview per year this really needs sorting in this time off crisis were money is tight with energy crisis and food rising costs we've seen people get blamed for faulty equipment and TV Ariel's not adequate even when engineers have fitted top quality airels and brand new TVs this needs sorting

C37 (602 MHz) from Winter Hill transmitter has gone. Zero signal strength. Never had been the best signal quality reflection but has always been full strength. Think it Sent down about 5 pm today. (LA12 Ulverston)
