LN6 5TL Lincoln Unable to login to Lebara website - I receive a message 'No internet connection - Try again' but my internet is working okay. This has been happening for quite some time now but I can access my Lebara account via the app on my phone (but I do not always want to, I prefer to check my account via my laptop) - are Lebara trying to force customers login via the app on their phone?

Falkirk FK1 1RB. I lost my service on Sunday 10th Aug.and now I can't contact them via the internet. When trying to login I get the message that I am using the wrong email address. That is not correct as it was this email address that they messaged me on when my bill was due. On their website I can't send them a message via their problems/help to ask what is going on. So I cannot get in touch with them at all. Very poor service. So if I want to move I can't even get a PAC code from them as I cannot get in touch with them.

Lebara has had issues for over a month now, we've had service now for nearly 3 days. Support is awful saying everything is fine but me and the family have no service on our phones, after call number 6 they finally admitted there is an issue, very poor customer service, we're leaving now for another provider.

Lebara network been down for large part of the day, apparently officially they're isn't an issue but there definitely is
