Service is down again, but OS say they have all green! They report 48 hrs to reply. Work and kids ALevels - worst possible timing! Don’t bother calling into Tech- they have no empathy or concern. I’m guessing none of them are OS customers- very willing to pay the £200 fee just to get away from this poor service
