Internet has been dropping out alot this past month however today it will not connect at all I've rebooted everything a handful of times and still nothing! Tried calling onestream only to not be answered. About to change my broadband provider because this is beyond the joke!

The email has been out for 2 weeks, it is getting ridiculous at this point. I have been calling in to check the status and missed a lot of work because I am unable to work at home with the wifi gone. My area is in E16 1GW London and I am being told that it would be fixed/soon. That doesn't mean anything anymore.
