Internet connection been down since we got in at 6pm yesterday evening (18/9/23). Probably happens for a few hours every couple of weeks, but still down this morning. Grr.

New customer, day one multiple connection drops, spent half an hour getting through to technical support, they blame Openreach. After phone call I get less disconnects but the speed is now 1Mbps!!! Still in the cool off period so I'm outta here.

Yet again internet connection dies repeatedly for no reason. Onestream are truly an awful company to deal with. Been trying to get them to sort things out for years, literally. LL55 Llanrug

Ip17 Middleton, 2½ years and still breakdowns every month, missold fibre and still line issues no communication from them always having to chase and a minimum of 15 minute wait time every call to them

Wellingborough-NN8 No Internet available since 10:30 this morning and Internet generally disconnects after 11pm almost everyday for about half an hour or so. Very bad service hinestly.
