Internet outage again. Seems to be every weekend, just when customer services close down. So much for guaranteed service! Been down for 2 hours so far.

We’ve been without internet for 36 hours now (so since Thursday evening. On the phone twice to onestream yesterday (waited ages each time) to be told they’ve done nothing because they’re busy! Guy said I could call back today between 10 and 4 a they’re not even open! I’m currently in a waiting line for live chat with 37 other people in front of me. Really terrible service and absolutely no way of reaching them via socials either. So we have no internet right before a long bank holiday weekend. Cheers onestream you bunch of twats. Stroud GL6

Also i work online late at times and usually between 12-2am at some point the signal goes for a good hour or so and i have to use my phone hotspot so really not good.. i want out...

Sw8... cant believe cant get through and sometimes it cuts off when been on hold for aggggges... not long been with them so may cancel as they hsve failed to stick to contract and this isnt the first time its happened in the last month or 2 i have been with them... not good at all

Check before you switch. Internet is down. It is Sunday, no customer service to report issue. I will switch and never come back. Something like this has happened to me last time... NEVER
