No outage or status checker, just a series of broken Twitter links!. They don't even publish them on their website. It's cheap but clearly too cheap. Back to BT or another grown up.

Broadband down, frome area. Out of hours support? No! Outages indicator? No! Customer Service? No! 6 months left of these amateur dabblers then back to BT. Not at all happy. Is anyone else n my area in same boat?

Cannot make or receive phone calls. Phone line seems to be down. No Customer support out if office hours.

Terrible service, internet down but, you can only contact onestream in office hours? Are they for real? Unfortunately I’m locked in for about another year :( Oxfordshire ox44

Issues with onestream- down since this morning in Bolton. One stream mentioned they didn’t see any errors, but apparently she’s done a check and it has just shown that it’s down across the Open Reach network. Makes you wonder- is there no communication between the network providers and ISP? Madness. Have to say, I have supposedly got fibre 80 broadband but seems to be more like basic or worse. Never known connection like it. But tied in for 12 months!

No internet , onestream technical blame openreach and say they hope to reconnect within 24 hourd. Merseyside

DH8 Durham. Been off for a few hours now. Spoke to Onestream, to be informed that I am not alone, Ha. It's an Openreach problem. I will be informed when it's sorted.

Onestream use vodafone network, so worth keeping an eye on their support pages instead (as Onstream are rubbish). https://downdetector.co.uk/status/vodafone/, https://twitter.com/vodafoneuk/with_replies, etc

Full blackout from 10:30. FY2 Blackpool - One stream blamed Vodafone and openreach. Openreach said Onestream should provide an estimate for down time :(
