One and half weeks had my WiFi router was fine connected to my roku device last 3 days saying wireless connection fine but no internet what’s going on please surely not cut me of after just having it week

Had onestream Broadband for 6 months supposed to be super fast fiber optic. Its always streaming you can't watch anything all the way through without it streaming I'm sick to death of it now . Wigan wn35uf

Ub9 6aw Harefield. 3 routers in 3 months. Not getting what I pay for or signed up to. The worst broadband experience of all time. Steer clear. Paying more pays off!

What a shambles of a company .. take my word for it Onestream is a terrible broadband customer service nightmare ...the equipment is rubbish .. all in all don't join them .it will end in tears

Internet down, and 100 percent no way to contact them. No one on the phone, or chat or Twitter! I'd write a letter but I'm sure it will be returned to sender.

No internet connection as promised, phones not answered by humans and not able to leave a message because mail box is full. Have they gone bust!!! customer service no existent, false advertising on web site!!! Llandrindod LD1

I am trying to report a fault on behalf of my mother-in-law who is 89. She is vulnerable and has not had a working telephone line for 2 days. I have tried to contact One Stream on several telephone numbers but I am not being answered. Also the inbox is full and won't accept messages. This is an urgent situation!
