24hrs now and still no Internet,spoke to onestream this morning and apparently problem with the bt junction cabinet,yeah right!!! With sky broadband for 5 years and never an issue, been with onestream 48hrs and it's been down for 24hrs..funny!!! They said they put a ticket in and will take up to 24hrs, it's now Saturday so maybe Monday now so that'll be 3 days offline..Needless to say I am going elsewhere, onestream cas stick their broadband where the sun doesn't shine, avoid this company at all costs,what a joke...2024 and offline this day and age.

Internet has done down regardless of restarts - WHATS GOING ON?? 4TH TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AND WILL CHANGE PROVIDER AND YOU CAN TRY AND SUE ME FOR EARLY EXIT. JUST TRY IT.
