Broadband down since the early hours of the morning. Very limited support by onestream saying the tech team will look into the issue in the next few days! Not very good service. Had intermittant problems with Onestream for months now. Very frustrating service from them with limited hours to contact them. HA2 Harrow

YO25 East Yorksire..Problem with intermitent Internet over last few days. Now been down all day. Spoke to onestream customer services, did all the usual tests then said it's a line fault...they say Openreach are aware of problems in this area. No time given for a fix.
