TA19 0LY Received incorrect bill with charges based on out-of-contract rate for broadband. Wrong, because last month I signed up for a new 12 month contract at a lower rate. Tried calling support on 0800 587 1953 but only hearing silence after apparently connecting, then cut off after 48 seconds. I called from landline, mobile (PlusNet sim) and Skype for Business, but same thing happened each time. What is going on at Plusnet?

Farnham, GU9. Over 4 hours without any service (or help available) now. Multiple small outages (about 6) since Sunday and now this. Their help pages and suggested fixes are useless too.

MK4 1JZ Milton Keynes, was down earlier, DNS issue - as mentioned elsewhere changing DNS settings in router and on PCs resolves the issue locally, not sure if server still down on their end. 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 for Google (other DNS servers are available)
