B38 8TB, Birmingham. Sky Mobile, totally fed up with Sky Mobile and whoever provides their network, at least twice a week we have no service. For the money spent, very disappointed

WN5 0HH ,Internet goes down at least 1/2 times a week for a few hours mainly late night early hours.Not everyone works normal office hours.New provider as soon as contract up.

Woke up this morning yet again no Internet and I have sky glass so its messed up my TV so that ain't working either getting sick of this as it's second time in a week

Woke up this morning to find there’s an outage, a thought it was just me and reset my router still no internet, how long does these outages take to get fixed first time experiencing this with Sky.

Absolute rubbish service. No broadband for 24 hours. When you phone they say problem resolved. Everything reset Still rubbish

Cardiff CF14 Spent 3 hours following on screen help to reset router etc. Would be so much simpler if the technology could inform of a general outage.

Internet is back now. Bicester Oxfordshire. I had to set my DNS to 1.1.1.1 though to get it working. Sky DNS servers still seem broken.

Also got sky glass so no tv , wf4 , ps if your locked in contract remember if they can’t provide a service then they can’t charge you for it , it’s the law !!
