Internet down xmas eve told I need and engineer.....29th dec . Judging by other comments not only me . Saying they don't have a problem ....they obviously do . No internet xmas day came on for an hour then off again .

TalkTalk Broadband download speed less than 1Mb/s problems always occur when neighbors have BT engineers working on their line and lo and behold I get problems coincidence or what? TN23 Ashford KENT.

Line draps from 5 - 5.30 onwards every day. Reboot , stays for a while then goes again. Fed up trying to get through on the phone and the op trying to sell me fibre....

Coventry, CV5 6FR - Broadband connection regularly dropping out for the last 2 weeks. I've followed all Talktalk suggestions to fix it, but still drops out every half-an-hour or so.

Talktalk compensate you for loss of service this is from their community website. Once you've made us aware of your loss of service, we'll have two working days to try and fix the problem. After this, we'll compensate you £8.06 per day starting from the third day until the day we restore your service, providing the fault is within the TalkTalk or Openreach network.5 Aug 2021. Good luck
