No Broadband internet, TV or landline connection since yesterday morning (8th April). Kept receiving text messages last night that the fault is fixed and to disconnect/reconnect and re-boot both the router and TV box. App bot then advises continuing issues with both BB and TV and 'no service' is available - but now also advises I can't call Virgin to discuss repair for another 24 hours. All services off for two days now and counting ... Virgin have 'no planned works' in the area and its impossible to contact a human to get things up and running again

last night at 9.30 and midnight outages for 1-2 hrs How can we be secure with our landline/ router (battery) Ring keep switching off its video recordings? Do we need a powered Ring? Do we need another provider?

Outage pm 26th, all day 27 and during 28 November in ME14 4HS, no internet, no tv, no voip phone. Barely able to use mobile phone in the meantime. Not impressed, both of us work from home.

Leicestershire- LE94TQ - Broadband service failure - down to 4MBPS download speed from normal 275MBPS. Customer service are clueless, just reading scripts…. Zero ideas and no rectification time. Promised to be back online by 17:30…. Usual pack of lies…. Next update sometime after 09:00 tomorrow…. But we will send you an Engineer to look at your Router….

Cambridge CB1 - Upload speed working at almost half, no problem with hardware or wiring etc. connection lost every 20 minutes or at worst every 15 seconds. Tried reporting numerous times since this started in April.

Swansea SA2 0LT. Since work in my area a week or so ago that led to loss for internet for short time the reliability of the service has deteriorated with frequent drop-offs and lagging on video. Today no internet via VM - am using 4G connection.
