Thanks for the tip of switching back to 3G Billy. That’s worked for me. As had no calls and text delays since Tuesday,now Saturday. Would have been helpful if Virgin could have given me that advice on my calls.

I had no idea that I had missed some important incoming calls. Rang Virgin and was told to switch phone from 4G to 3G. It is now working. HTH. east London.

Cambridge CB25 - service appeared back sometime before midnight, receive backlog of missed texts, calls etc. One text missing was one from VIRGIN with their apologies for total disruption. Badly timed for Virgin, few days ago, BBC Rip-Off Britain gave them a real drubbing for being WORST service provider as for as customer support etc. concerned. How long will they be running ?
