Huddersfield HD6 EVERYTHING down from ~1.30am ie NO voice & data services. I'm using another network to type this. Signal switching between Emergency & No Service (ie can't even make an emergency call). Interestingly, Virginmedia.com also unavailable. NOT acceptable. Another interesting thing is that O2 network is fine ie Virgin uses/owns O2 - so, this isn't a network issue... it's a Virgin mainframe/server centre issue... AND it clearly has no mirror/backup/redundant server ie it's a SINGLE point of failure. Their WHOLE show is down... Very poor show!

TW9 Richmond Upon Thames Wifi and mobile both fully out. No service at all. Wifi in and out but mobile fully down

No mobile network, i.e 5G, 4G etc, also can not ring anyone says not registered to network. Saltash near Plymouth PL12 6ES went down around 0145 hrs 4th April 2023

Trying to get a PAC number using the mobile app. Forgotten my password so trying to reset. Virgin have to "ping" a code to my mobile to allow me to reset. Problem is however many times I request a code, and however long I wait, nothing arrives. Useless.

Apparently problems with mast in pl2 and surrounding areas been like this for weeks. Apparently should b resolved by Friday. Signal in and out constantly no good incase of emergencies, hospital appts just cant arrange or do anything. Dire service

CB8, get Cannot connect to mobile network. No call or text access for 5 hours. Cannot phone them from landline, online chat appears to be a robot.

I have got to say for past 6 months both media and mobile service have been terrible. For 1 terrible signal problems and even land line when I try and call its says person unable to take call. Considering how many people are with virgin there needs to be compensation for poor service, I think virgin will, loose many customers and they don't seem to be able to resolve these ongoing problems. People need mobile and home phone for emergency contact
