Hi. A family member who lost his hearing in a accident is having problems to see his favourites programs in all 4 channels...No subtitles ....Are you install the subtitles again shortly? Thanks

All HDchannel's: C4, E4, More 4 & Film 4 have incorrect sound with no centre channel and all dialogue, music etc being played through rear and side speakers at deafening volume (whether 2.0 or 5.1 Dolby) these problems are even found using TV speakers...SD versions of these channels is ok though just low resolution sound . Been like this since Sunday...Also frequent picture pixilation and freezing especially on adverts ...but sound is the main issue...a lot of voices and narration is not present as centre speaker channel not present. Film 4 and E4 off air now for days on C4 app. If this is the best they can do, its probably a good job they are being sold off.

Experiencing sound and sub-title problems with A Place in the Sun. Can hear when 'spoken to camera' but background commentary explaining properties very quiet and mostly drowned out but "tinny" music; no sub-titles available. Great Missenden HP16

Film on 4 on Freeview channel 14 showing 'Off-Air' message for days. Can receive on Sky but without subtitles, which when one is deaf makes viewing programs a waste of time. Matlock DE4 3JX
