cuts out 24/7, plan says around 40mb/s and barely get 2mb/s on a good day. using two devices at once slows significantly

Bought a cheap phone with EE network as my o2 phone doesn't work properly we're I live. Now can't get calls on EE for the past four or five days. Absolutely ridiculous.
