Oswestry, Shropshire, SY11. Problems with no phone signal since Tuesday. Nothing, zilch, nada. Why is it that you're meant to CALL them for repair, redress or even compensation?

CH604SB. No internet and no landline from BT and mobile EE service unable to connect with internet in an area which generally has poor EE G3/4 service. Landline and internet have been out of action for 3 weeks now and aren't expected to be sorted till the end of September- a further two weeks hence. I can get a better service in the Outer Hebrides than I get in the Wirral.

Llandeilo Mobile broadband speed dropped to unusable level 3 Sept. I reported it to EE. Two days later I called them, then the next day and the next day, only to be told that the fault was logged on the fourth day and they need five days to look into it. It’s affecting this whole area.
