I have by and got ee through there partners bad service always problems ask there forum help and are just plain rude and blame you for any issues I’m a black man and over phone by a supervisor with Irish accent a Negro why because I complain about signal I pay for 5 g I’m in central location but inside get less than 4 mbps outside worse not happy avoid ee they will go bust soon bad customer service someone need to expose them

I received txt 2/11/2021 letting me know that essential improvements were taking place in my area. Then my phone went immediately dead,, to date as write nothing, no internet access, zip. Can only txt and phone. Not Happy! IP32 3SY Bury St Edmunds

Ee service in Bristol is always poor but bs3 , Bs4 and bs5 all are having problems with mobile internet and ee saying engineers are out fixing is a lie , nov 2021

Ee customer service is rude I went into bed Munster store about signal issues new contract iPhone 13 pro max unlimited upgrade when you want , for price I’m paying I would expect treated fairly but I wasn’t I went in felt intimidated as all staff were under 18 , basically said it was my fault and deal with it and under his breath called me a fat cow and the manager was not there when complained on phone was hanged up on 3 times and laughted at I’m 25 and go to uni can’t believe how disrespectful ee staff are avoid they want your service and be friendly but once you have contract they will not sort signal issues and expect lies about internet they cap at certain times in Bristol

Signal in Bristol is poor seems to be capped in areas bs3 -Bs4 after 10 pm speeds fine after 9am speeds are ridiculous for a unlimited plan and no engineer are even sent it’s a generic term they just txt you to keep you happy and not fix signal issues poor service avoid ee

London - nothing is working. not the website nor the app. It has been like this the whole day, I find this situation absurd and unprofessional. Tomorrow as soon as I have 5 minutes I'll contact another provider o switch to them.

Poor 4G and non-existent 3G signal in NW2 (Dollis Hill) area of London. Same thing happened about 6 weeks ago. 4G signal is at 1 bar on iPhone 7. Will upgrade to iOS15 against better judgement to see if it's due to recent upgrade to iOS14.8.

GU7 - Reuter resetting 4 or 5 times per hour since last night. At the start of the week it was once or twice a day. Signal drops every few minutes and when the reset occurs it goes to red lights before attempting to connect again. Last comms from EE were that it was expected to be fixed by 1.30pm today. I am working from home however I now need to travel to my office for the last few hours of the day. My current connectivity is by suing my mobile data has a hotspot and tethering my lap top it. I dont imagine EE will cover the cost of usage on ym phone bill will they.

No signal since 12.00 in SW14, technicians clambering over phone mast in Sheen Lane but no improvement. They have now gone away!!

Peterborough, pe7 Internet down having to use my partner work data hotspot for everything. This keeps happening and from looking at the comments it don't seem to be getting any better. So roll on when my contract ends.. We're off to another provider.
