EX20 - Okehampton. Fixed EE Broadband down since 15:00 today. At 19:45 it is is back but not a stable connection.

EE is almost non-existent in Yeovil today. Can't get on to mobile Internet or messaging services. Yesterday was almost the same, though I'd say today is worse!

I have by and got ee through there partners bad service always problems ask there forum help and are just plain rude and blame you for any issues I’m a black man and over phone by a supervisor with Irish accent a Negro why because I complain about signal I pay for 5 g I’m in central location but inside get less than 4 mbps outside worse not happy avoid ee they will go bust soon bad customer service someone need to expose them

I received txt 2/11/2021 letting me know that essential improvements were taking place in my area. Then my phone went immediately dead,, to date as write nothing, no internet access, zip. Can only txt and phone. Not Happy! IP32 3SY Bury St Edmunds

Ee service in Bristol is always poor but bs3 , Bs4 and bs5 all are having problems with mobile internet and ee saying engineers are out fixing is a lie , nov 2021
