I have repeated problems with the router failing or re-setting. This is a brand-new router. the old one failed after 10 years. They are going to investigate tomorrow but I would like advice on an alternate supplier.

TS18 3HX Near enough total blackout. I have not contacted EE customer service as they'll be useless. Hardly ever have more than 1 bar of signal. Internet very slow. Can EE please please have a strong signal plus Internet.
