Glasgow area. 150 and other contact numbers for EE not working as trying to discuss my account and can’t contact them. Couldn’t phone a few mobile numbers either but seems to get through to land line numbers. Anyone else today 25/7/25 ?

mobile network still not working , phone showing signal and 4 g but service not working .been out since around 11 am on 24/7 back on briefly this morning till about 9.30 am 25/7. OX14 3RX

EE Mobile network down in South West Woking (GU22 0NS / 0NT) 6th June 25. Usually get 2/3 bars and some 4G. Last few days nothing/1 bar. Would not even send a text this morning.

Cranleigh GU68UH Coverage down for EE Network. Can't use mobile data or network dongle - had visitors come round and they experienced the same problem - all of us on EE

Broadband out completely 23 days, they blame major service outage but no evidence of this. Serial misinformation about date fix due to be completed - now projected as day 32 after failing. Completely useless

Worthless Trash EE barely there Wi-Fi speed - Laughable. More like 56Kbs speed than 4G. Where is it EE? Ooh ooh another days software update gone wrong AS EVER. Oh and surprise surprise I have to laughably LOG IN to find out except I cant LOG IN. Funny how many Marketing Phone Calls and Messages you send me But when your internet goes down or incredibly slow - NOTHING. Yet you just Report "All Ok"

I have repeated problems with the router failing or re-setting. This is a brand-new router. the old one failed after 10 years. They are going to investigate tomorrow but I would like advice on an alternate supplier.
