YO25 East Yorksire..Problem with intermitent Internet over last few days. Now been down all day. Spoke to onestream customer services, did all the usual tests then said it's a line fault...they say Openreach are aware of problems in this area. No time given for a fix.

ME9 7AY SITTINGBOURNE Intermittent Wi-Fi - ongoing issue since it went off the last 5 days. Very frustrating when we have a baby monitor and work from home and rely heavily on the internet. Reset router. No success.

Portsmouth PO10 8BZ Joined on Monday; internet fast all day, same on Tuesday. Wednesday morning it's down to 1Mbps. It's been like that for 24 hours. Currently waiting to speak to someone on the phone. If this is what's to come, I'll be cancelling!!

PE6 7QN Peterborough Why should I continue to pay for this when most evenings no internet, it’s worst service ever, can’t get through on tel ever, today tried 14 times, same response of we are experiencing high volume of calls, WELL U WILL B IF WE ARE NOT GETTING ANY INTERNET AGAIN. Been with them 6 months and never had a week without constant drop outs sometimes daily and yes had a new router but no improvement whatsoever.

RG14 7GF i was meant to get my service activated this morning, BT Open Reach have been here and said that the Fibre connection is working but Onestream say "it could activate up to 12pm" Open Reach aren't meant to leave until i have service but have had to leave. This is a joke
