WF11 - Knottingley nr Pontefract/Leeds Well, after no contact from Onestream for over a week (when they claimed an Openreach engineer HAD called, two weeks ago, when they hadn't called at all) an Openreach engineer suddenly appeared at my door yesterday, wired me up - and I finally had the interwebs! I emailed Onestream to confirm that I was connected with them (because, since their silence, I'd signed up with NOW Broadband, and I wasn't sure who I'd just been connected with) and to check that they WOULDN'T be charging me £120 for a missed appointment that they told me I'd have to pay, and have heard nothing from them in the last 24 hours. And, to put the cherry on the cake, my broadband went down three hours ago and I'm still waiting for it to come back on. Great start, Onestream. Great start! :(

Had no internet for 12 hours. Just outside the 14 days window of having it. Customer service is closed so can't get any assistance, wish I'd never switched.

TN12, KENT. Internet been down for 32hrs. Apparently Im told to just 'wait' for it to start working again! I'm a new customer of least than a week and this does not bode well!

Worst provider in terms of stable connection: connection intermittently drops out with ridiculous and irritating frequency. Downtime is usually only several seconds, but can be prolonged. Not a huge issue for streaming etc, but makes online gameplay annoying at best/impossible at worst. Guildford, Surrey

i have been getting fobbed of for the last 12 months with speeds as low as 8mbs per second i am paying for 50mbs but Onestream techs are useless i reported it they say everything is fine when it aint and i only got 6 more months to put up with this shit provider i told them when my contract is up i am not renewing as i am seeking a new provider fast. Fucking bullshit this no frills Internet. Worst IPS I've had consent drop of Internet they send openreach engineers out and they say, and I quote "everything's working fine just fuck Onestream off and get a different ISP and you'll be fine"
