3 days with no internet, totally unacceptable, said it’s first on strike now storm damage what’s next excuse. Doesn’t help pay my wages when I work from home

Just rang phone number provided on this website. Wanting to report Onestream outage on Exeter. Phone lines are closed. Not impressed with the service. No signal since storm in early hours of the morning. No repair crew in sight.

Internet stopped at around 4.30 this morning and did not work last Sunday lunch time and afternoon. Am in Exeter. This is an ongoing problem. Unstable signal and loss of signal altogether.

NN12 South Northamptonshire - Internet has been dropping in and out periodically since about midnight last night, continuing through now 13:40 the following day. Even when the connection is up, I am getting speeds of around 1.5mbps rather than 70mbps so it's too slow for many tasks.

Shrewsbury, last view days Internet keeps cutting in and out tried rebooting works for a bit then cuts out again.. Can't connect with my TV only my phone absolutely rediculous!

I’ve only had 2 hours in the last 48 hours when the internet is working. Customer services only available 8:30- 5:30 Mon- Fri. Useless for me, as I work nights across the whole week on a shift pattern. I’ve just had to sign up with another provider.
