Onestream internet down for seemingly no reason. Only found out when I got home, which was after their service lines close. Terrible that an ISP has such bad opening hours for tech support Nr33 Lowestoft

Internet down since 2PM in Sheerness as well. Once again no one answering complaints as no one works Sunday. ME12 area down. Over 7 hours and counting.

Had no problems when me and my wife joined Onestream from having Virgin Broadband. But today all it has done is disconnect and reconnect or either that it wont reconnect at all
