Went of at 1 minute past midnight lastnight for about 5 minutes, back for a couple of minutes, then off again, came back since but remains at 0.86mb download 7.16 upload. Utter....Iv had it with this company, going Virgin or bt now with simcard router backup

Since moving over to Onestream about 6 weeks ago the internet performance flutates a lot. They promised 60mb and I was getting about that with Plusnet - now about 30mb. Line keeps dropping as well. As someone else remarked, no support on the weekend.
