Plusnet DNS servers are down. Go into your router and switch your DNS to 1.1.1.1 which is Cloudflare or 8.8.8.8 which is Google. Default Plusnet DNS is 212.159.13.49 and 212.159.13.50.

It's their DNS server that's down again - reconfig to Google DNS (8.8.8.8) and it'll work
