Not able to send or receive emails through Globalnet / Outlook via plusnet for 5days. Same response repeated by Plus net most users on but this is totally untrue. Shambles

Email problems for last three days. Some sent to me have not arrived. OIthers have bounced back to senders. A rush of incoming emails arrived this morning and I was able to send messages. Now, at 4.22pm, it's down again. It is unforgivable that we have been given no explanation for this lamentable service.

Hailsham. East Sussex. I am told I was uncontactable on my mobile on Sunday, and it's now Friday and I still have no signal. (The phone is fine if I'm away from home). I can't believe this poor level of service.

LD16DY, Llandrindod Wells - Had no emails since Tuesday. This is extremely inconvenient and very unsatisfactory. Plusnet have taken over the previous provider that I was with and have, in general, provided a poor service. Time I looked elsewhere.

No incoming nor outgoing Plusnet email since Tues. night (09 Nov.) Internet and phone working, own domain working, so the problem is clearly with Plusnet E-mail. Went on to Plusnet website and my email info all looks correct. But unable to access webmail. (Fortunately I operate an offline email client so am unlikely to lose many, if any, messages, as many have reported has happened to them this week.)

Eventually managed to speak to a very pleasant young man, who advised that problems are likely to last until tomorrow morning. This was followed up with an email confirming the loss of service. KA10

Broadband been down nearly all day today, Warrington WA4, had enough of this crap service, got another 13 months of this crap, used to be with BT and Sky who were so much better, wish i never changed provider now

Been experiencing significant outage problems for the past couple of months. Tech support so far have failed to fix the problem. The outages are worse in the evening - 21:00 onwards. The consistency of timing of the outages suggests that Plusnet are in some way interfering with the network for their own purposes regardless of how it effects their customers. I am afraid that I simple no longer trust them and hope to be able to extract myself from their unreliable service without an early termination fee (they are failing to supply the service I am paying them for - if this is not breach of contract I don't know what is)

Been with Plusnet two months and I keep having internet issues wifi connection is so poor! Paying for a service that doesn’t exist twice a week!!! Surely I am Allowed to cancel my service!

Cannot access plusnet website or webmail, allbills paid as normal. Last time this type of problem happened was when they decided to upgrade the billing system. All Bill's paid as normal

No Internet for 3 days after swapping to this #$## service Its CONSTANTLY stopping... Wish we hadn't changed supplier now. We swapped for a cheaper service but now it's far far worse. ...but we're tied to this #### for 18 months. When we complain they want us to pay for the engineer..that will vote out to fix a service that worked fine until we swapped this week to plusnet. APPALLING SERVICE. DON'T SIGN UP. S43 4EZ
