Internet down in TN27 (nr Ashford). I followed the advice of others and updated my DNS (for me via Google Home app) to 8.8.8.8. This seemed to resolve the issue and I am now conected.

@Stephen who said "Phil - set 8.8.8.8 as the primary and 1.1.1.1 as the secondary - can be either way round". Thanks a lot. That worked. Slow(er) but at least have internet back. Does this need reverting to Plusnet default primary and secondary DNS servers at some point?
