EH11 3HU Edinburgh I have not been able to send emails from my desktop for over a week now and am thoroughly fed up. I phoned up 2 or 3 times and was told 'we know about the problem and are doing our best to fix it' but it hasn't been fixed. I can receive emails but not send them. Now, when I call your 01608 no. by phone to complain, I get recorded musak, not even a voice message; no-one has been in touch to explain what the problem is. Peter Hawkins
