Stoke on Trent ST1. I am 76 yrs old and really need to have mobile connection back. I rely on my phone as I live alone, and if I am taken ill - what do I do? I can do nothing on my mobile phone and it's worrying me. Outages are becoming a regular feature, it shouldn't be this bad. Using my landline is too expensive, but people are using landlines less and less anyway. Please help

stoke on Trent ST14JS. I have no service since maybe before yesterday. Texts and emails register on my screen, but I can do absolutely nothing. And at the age of 76 and living alone I really badly need my mobile phone. Can you enlighten me? I am getting nervous now, and isolated from the family. At the moment my phone is just a date and the time.

No virgin mobile internet in South East London (SE5) area. Although, my messages were being delayed for two days ago. I was able to make a call, so it appears only the internet is affected. Unable to connect to home WIFI as well.

Darlington DL3 Update , I am now back on network apparently but no lines of connection and when I try to call it just says ' dialing' for ages then cuts out. Please get this sorted Virgin.

What do subscribers do when they can't contact anyone by email or text. I can do nothing with my phone. With a company like Virgin they should have the problems solved ASAP, it's a disgrace, yet you will still take our money!!
